Mint + Tea Spritz

    • 1.5 oz Mint + Tea Syrup

    • 1 oz Lime Juice

    • 4 oz Chilled Club Soda or Sparkling Water

    • 3-4 Mint leaves (for muddling and garnish)

    • Ice

    • Muddle the Mint: Place the fresh mint leaves (reserving one sprig for garnish) at the bottom of your highball glass. Gently press on the leaves 2-3 times with a muddler to release their fragrant oils—be careful not to pulverize them, which can release bitter flavors.

    • Pour the Mint + Tea Syrup and Lime Juice over the muddled mint.

    • Stir and Chill: Add a large amount of ice to the glass, nearly filling it.

    • Top with Fizz: Top the drink with the Chilled Club Soda or sparkling water. Stir gently one more time to incorporate the bubbles without losing the fizz.

    • Garnish and Serve: Garnish with the reserved mint sprig (give it a gentle slap between your palms before placing it in the drink to release its aroma) and a lime wheel or wedge. Serve immediately.

    • Sweetness can be increased using more syrup.

    • Sweetness may be reduced using more lime juice.
